We are seeking an exceptional Head of Business to Business (B2B) to spearhead our strategic expansion into exciting new product categories including household goods, essential vitamins, premium honey, and vital baby milk. You will define and execute comprehensive B2B strategies, identify new market opportunities, foster strong, long-term relationships with key partners, and lead a high-performing team to achieve ambitious targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B sales strategies for new product categories (household, vitamins, honey, baby milk) across target channels (Modern Trade, General Trade, distributors, pharmacies, baby stores).
- Identify, onboard, and manage key accounts and strategic partners to maximize market penetration and sales volume.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing B2B sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Establish and achieve ambitious sales targets, revenue forecasts, and profitability objectives for new business units.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and new business opportunities, providing strategic insights to management.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure successful product launches and promotional activities.
- Negotiate and finalize complex contracts with major retail chains and distributors, ensuring favorable terms and sustainable partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular, actionable reports and forecasts to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, channel development, and key account management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Extensive network and proven success in establishing and growing distribution channels within retail (Modern Trade, General Trade), distributors, pharmacies, and/or baby stores in Indonesia.
- Demonstrable experience in the FMCG, consumer goods, food & beverage, or pharmaceutical/health & wellness industries, particularly with household products, vitamins, honey, or baby milk.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating, developing, and retaining high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt quickly to new product categories and market challenges.
