- Lead and mentor a team of butlers to deliver consistently exceptional service standards
- Anticipate and fulfill complex guest requests with discretion and efficiency
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary teams for seamless operations
- Manage luxury inventories, amenities, and guest preferences documentation
- Oversee VIP arrivals, departures, and special event coordination
- Implement and maintain service protocols aligned with luxury brand standards
- Resolve guest concerns with proactive problem-solving and diplomacy
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years as senior butler/head butler in 5-star luxury properties
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performance service teams
- Expert knowledge of luxury service etiquette and cultural protocols
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to minute details
- Calm demeanor under pressure with discretion in sensitive situations
- Proficiency in property management systems and inventory tracking
