As the Head Butler, you will be responsible for orchestrating the guest journey from arrival to departure. You will lead by example, maintaining the highest standards of presentation, anticipating guest needs before they are voiced, and managing villa operations with discretion and elegance. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all butler service operations to ensure alignment with luxury brand standards.
- Provide anticipatory, personalized service including luggage handling, unpacking, and bespoke concierge arrangements.
- Manage villa inventory and maintain meticulous cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Drive revenue growth by proactively upselling premium guest services, spa treatments, and dining experiences.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest satisfaction.
- Manage guest complaints or special requests with diplomacy, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Train and mentor junior staff to uphold the highest levels of service excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Head Butler, Villa Manager, or Senior Guest Relations Officer in a 5-star resort or luxury private villa.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of high-end service etiquette and guest privacy standards.
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of meeting or exceeding upsell targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a focus on meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by the nature of luxury hospitality.
