Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of cashiers to ensure high performance and service standards.
- Oversee daily point-of-sale (POS) operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash drawer reconciliation.
- Monitor transaction accuracy and resolve customer inquiries or complaints at the checkout counter.
- Manage staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during peak business hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area to provide a pleasant customer experience.
- Prepare regular sales reports and audit financial documentation for accuracy.
- Implement and enforce company policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and payment processing.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field is a plus.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Cashier or Senior Cashier in a retail environment.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a service-oriented setting.
- Strong proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Excel for reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is highly preferred.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle cash with strict accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
