- Lead and supervise cashier staff during all operational shifts
- Manage cash flow, reconciliation, and daily financial reporting
- Train and mentor cashiers on POS systems and customer service protocols
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and transaction disputes
- Implement and enforce cash handling procedures and security protocols
- Monitor cashier performance and provide constructive feedback
- Coordinate with inventory and loss prevention teams
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in cashier or supervisory roles
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash management skills
- Proven leadership abilities in team environments
- Proficient with POS systems and retail software
