Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and food safety standards (HACCP).
- Design and develop innovative, profitable, and seasonal menus for both restaurant dining and diverse catering events.
- Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory levels, and wastage to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with management to ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Maintain high culinary standards through rigorous quality control of all ingredients and final food presentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, manage procurement, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Head Chef or Sous Chef role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse culinary team.
- In-depth knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and kitchen financial performance.
- Exceptional culinary creativity with a deep understanding of flavor profiles and food trends.
- Comprehensive understanding of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Relevant culinary degree or formal certification is highly preferred.
