- Lead and manage all kitchen operations including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Develop innovative seasonal menus aligned with restaurant concept and customer preferences
- Ensure consistent food quality through strict quality control and presentation standards
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control to maintain budget efficiency
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety compliance with local health regulations
- Collaborate with management on menu pricing, promotions, and special events
- Foster a positive kitchen culture emphasizing teamwork and professional growth
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years professional culinary experience with 2+ years in Head Chef or similar leadership role
- Proven expertise in developing creative, market-driven menus and recipe development
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine techniques
- Certification in food safety and hygiene management (HACCP/ServSafe)
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to train and motivate diverse kitchen teams
- Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and supplier negotiations
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment during peak service hours
