  • Collaborate with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and staff training sessions.

Kualifikasi

  • Culinary degree or diploma from a reputable culinary institution.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in upscale dining environments, preferably within branded hotels or premium F&B establishments.
  • Proven leadership experience managing a large kitchen brigade or culinary team.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP regulations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
