Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring all food preparation meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Design and implement innovative menus that celebrate Philippine culinary traditions and utilize local, seasonal ingredients.
  • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Maintain strict control over food costs, inventory levels, and kitchen supplies to ensure profitability.
  • Enforce rigorous health, safety, and sanitation protocols in compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to organize special events, tastings, and seasonal promotions.
  • Monitor and optimize kitchen workflow to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2 years in a leadership role such as Head Chef or Sous Chef.
  • Degree or certification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Expert knowledge of Filipino cuisine and a passion for modern culinary trends.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a diverse kitchen team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in kitchen administrative tasks, including inventory management and cost control software.
  • Valid health and food safety certifications (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
