Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and refine seasonal menus aligned with Praia Villas' beachfront concept
- Lead, train, and motivate the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality
- Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships to optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and sustainability protocols
- Collaborate with F&B management on menu pricing and promotional strategies
- Conduct regular kitchen inspections and performance reviews
- Develop innovative dishes incorporating Balinese culinary traditions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-volume luxury resorts
- Proven experience in pre-opening kitchen setups and menu development
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and international culinary trends
- Certified in HACCP and food safety management
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- Strong financial acumen in budgeting and cost control
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Passion for sustainable sourcing and local food systems
