Tanggung Jawab

  • Design, implement, and refine seasonal menus aligned with Praia Villas' beachfront concept
  • Lead, train, and motivate the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality
  • Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships to optimize operational efficiency
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and sustainability protocols
  • Collaborate with F&B management on menu pricing and promotional strategies
  • Conduct regular kitchen inspections and performance reviews
  • Develop innovative dishes incorporating Balinese culinary traditions

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 5 years as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-volume luxury resorts
  • Proven experience in pre-opening kitchen setups and menu development
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and international culinary trends
  • Certified in HACCP and food safety management
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong financial acumen in budgeting and cost control
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
