In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire kitchen staff, manage food inventory, and craft menus that delight our guests while maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, staff management, and shift scheduling to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Develop and innovate seasonal menus, ensuring a perfect balance of flavors and presentation.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
- Control food costs and minimize waste through effective inventory management and purchasing.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high operational standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks on dishes before service to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management on marketing events and special culinary projects.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar Head Chef or Executive Chef role.
- Culinary degree or professional cooking certification is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations during peak hours.
- Valid food handling certificate and medical fitness certificate.
