You will oversee daily kitchen operations, from menu development to staff training, ensuring seamless coordination with our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.   • Lead daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Implement and maintain HACCP standards and food safety protocols
  • Develop innovative menus featuring local Balinese ingredients and seasonal specialties
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to achieve budget targets
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards
  • Coordinate with F&B team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and operational efficiency
  • Conduct regular quality checks and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • 5+ years culinary experience with 2+ years in Head Chef or senior management role
  • Professional culinary certification or equivalent formal training
  • Proven expertise in high-volume, quality-driven kitchen environments
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines
  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills
  • Advanced proficiency in inventory management and cost control systems
