As the Head Chef, you will be the heart of our kitchen, responsible for overseeing all culinary functions, managing a diverse team, and ensuring our high standards of hygiene and presentation are maintained at every service. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and mentor the kitchen brigade to ensure consistent food quality and service excellence.
  • Develop innovative seasonal menus that align with the brand identity of Corner House.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, food costing, and procurement.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards).
  • Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and culinary training programs.
  • Collaborate with management to drive profitability through efficient kitchen workflows and waste reduction.
  • Maintain equipment maintenance schedules and ensure a safe working environment for all staff.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, reputable restaurant.
  • Proven expertise in menu planning, food cost management, and kitchen administration.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse culinary team.
  • In-depth knowledge of international cuisines and modern cooking techniques.
  • Deep understanding of food hygiene, safety standards, and local health regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Indonesian language proficiency is a plus).
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure during peak service hours.
