In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of culinary excellence, managing a dedicated kitchen team, and innovating our menu offerings to ensure an unforgettable dining experience for our patrons.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistent high-quality standards.
  • Develop and execute seasonal menus, ensuring variety, taste, and adherence to dietary requirements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants to foster a positive, productive, and safe work environment.
  • Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and health regulations (HACCP) at all times.
  • Control food costs and inventory levels to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
  • Ensure the kitchen is fully equipped, organized, and clean for efficient service.
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve service quality and enhance guest satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably within a restaurant or bakery environment.
  • Culinary degree or vocational training is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse kitchen team effectively.
  • Deep understanding of food safety standards and HACCP compliance.
