- Lead kitchen operations including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Mentor and develop culinary team members to ensure consistent quality standards

- Collaborate with front-of-house teams for seamless service execution

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years experience as Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership role
