- Lead kitchen operations and culinary team management

- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high performance
- Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with management on restaurant strategy and concept development
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5+ years as Head Chef in premium hospitality establishments
- Proven track record in building restaurant concepts from scratch
- Expert knowledge of diverse cuisines and culinary techniques
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Exceptional creativity in menu development and presentation
- Certified in food safety management (HACCP equivalent)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
