Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement innovative menus aligned with culinary trends and customer preferences
- Lead, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards
- Oversee daily kitchen operations including inventory control, cost management, and supplier relationships
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with management team on seasonal menu rotations and promotional events
- Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and implement process improvements
- Conduct regular quality checks for taste, presentation, and portion consistency
- Train kitchen staff on new techniques, recipes, and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in senior chef roles with 2+ years as Head Chef
- Professional culinary certification or equivalent formal training
- Proven expertise in menu development, cost control, and inventory management
- Strong leadership abilities with staff development and team management experience
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines, techniques, and trends
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Food safety and sanitation certifications (HACCP equivalent)
