Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in luxury hospitality
  • Proven expertise in Indonesian and international cuisine with menu development skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with staff training and team management experience
  • Certification in food safety and hygiene management (HACCP preferred)
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to perform in high-pressure environments
