Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, specifically managing the CDP Grill and Cold Section.
- Coordinate with the DW Kitchen and Stewarding teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation for all dishes.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize food waste.
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
- Assist in menu planning and cost control initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant background and experience in the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a Grill and Cold Section.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of Indonesian culinary standards is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
