Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute innovative menus aligned with seasonal ingredients and Bali's culinary identity
  • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff while maintaining high performance standards
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control to optimize operational efficiency
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP protocols
  • Collaborate with F&B team to create seamless dining experiences

  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks for all dishes and presentations

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 5 years of professional culinary experience with 2+ years in head chef/lead role
  • Proven expertise in Indonesian and international cuisine techniques
  • Certification in food safety management (HACCP/SERVSAFE)
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams
