  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, staff scheduling, and performance management.

  • Conduct daily line checks and perform final tastings before service.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef.
  • Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary institution.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
  • Valid food safety handling certification (e.g., TESDA, DOH).
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene standards.
