Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring seamless operations during all service hours
  • Develop seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients and international techniques
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency across all dishes
  • Implement strict hygiene and safety protocols exceeding industry standards
  • Manage inventory, cost control, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate with front-of-house for synchronized service delivery
  • Train staff on culinary techniques and brand standards
  • Conduct daily kitchen briefings and performance reviews

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 5 years culinary experience with 2+ years in head chef/sous chef leadership roles
  • Proven expertise in fine dining or high-volume restaurant operations
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Food safety certification (HACCP equivalent)
  • Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
