- Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of performance and professionalism
- Monitor food quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed
- Control food costs and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop new dishes and seasonal menus that reflect local flavors and international trends
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar leadership role in a high-quality restaurant
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and culinary trends
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Creative and innovative approach to menu development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours
