Tanggung Jawab
- Lead kitchen operations including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
- Develop and execute innovative Lombok-inspired culinary concepts
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene compliance with HACCP standards
- Coordinate with F&B management to align culinary offerings with hotel vision
- Manage vendor relationships and source sustainable local ingredients
- Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of progressive experience in hotel or high-volume restaurant kitchens
- Proven leadership experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and Lombok's regional specialties
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong inventory management and cost control skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak seasons
