Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring all culinary standards are met.
- Develop and execute innovative menus that align with brand standards and guest preferences.
- Monitor and control food costs (COGS) to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills, morale, and performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Manage inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure timely availability of ingredients.
- Collaborate with management on special events, seasonal promotions, and menu changes.
- Conduct regular quality checks on dishes and service delivery to ensure consistency.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a reputable hospitality establishment.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to inspire a brigade.
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and modern menu planning.
- Solid understanding of financial management, specifically regarding food costing and budgeting.
- Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (Halal certification preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and guests.
