Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring all culinary standards are met.
  • Develop and execute innovative menus that align with brand standards and guest preferences.
  • Monitor and control food costs (COGS) to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills, morale, and performance.
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Manage inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure timely availability of ingredients.
  • Collaborate with management on special events, seasonal promotions, and menu changes.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on dishes and service delivery to ensure consistency.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a reputable hospitality establishment.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to inspire a brigade.
  • Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and modern menu planning.
  • Solid understanding of financial management, specifically regarding food costing and budgeting.
  • Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (Halal certification preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and guests.
  • Creative flair with a passion for culinary innovation and quality.
