Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and refine authentic Padang-style menus while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including prep work, cooking, and plating, to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Manage inventory levels, including procurement of high-quality ingredients and minimizing food waste.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
  • Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (HACCP compliance) across all kitchen areas.
  • Monitor food costs and kitchen budget, optimizing profitability without compromising on quality.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Sous Chef or Head Chef).
  • Deep knowledge of traditional Indonesian (Padang) cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in food safety and hygiene is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive kitchen culture.
  • Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field is an advantage.
