Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service delivery to ensure the highest standards.
- Develop creative, seasonal menus that align with Milk & Madu’s brand identity and culinary vision.
- Manage inventory levels, food costs, and procurement processes to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
- Train, mentor, and inspire a diverse kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in accordance with international standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance operational efficiencies and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Monitor and analyze food waste, implementing sustainable practices to reduce overheads.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef role, preferably within a high-volume cafe or restaurant environment.
- Proven track record in menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols (HACCP or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a multi-cultural team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by the hospitality industry.
- Deep passion for high-quality ingredients and contemporary culinary trends.
- Experience working in the Bali hospitality market is highly regarded.
