Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and budget controls to optimize costs
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols
  • Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff for seamless service delivery
  • Develop seasonal menus that balance innovation and customer preferences

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years as Head Chef or senior culinary role
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification
