As the Head Chef, you will be instrumental in establishing our culinary identity, developing a menu that delights our customers, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the culinary direction of a new establishment from the ground up. You will oversee all kitchen operations, manage a team of dedicated culinary professionals, and ensure that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets the exacting standards that Chicken Holic Indonesia is known for.

Your role will encompass menu development, inventory management, staff training, and maintaining strict hygiene and safety protocols. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that our kitchen operations are efficient, profitable, and aligned with our brand values.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Develop innovative and appealing menus that align with the cafe concept and customer preferences
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high performance and professional standards
  • Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency across all dishes
  • Manage inventory, control food costs, and optimize purchasing decisions
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies and promotional activities

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar establishment
  • Proven track record in kitchen management, menu development, and staff training
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines, cooking techniques, and food trends
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Culinary degree or certification from a recognized institution is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
