Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute innovative plant-based and seafood buffet menus aligned with sustainability principles
  • Lead kitchen operations including inventory management, cost control, and staff scheduling
  • Maintain HACCP compliance and ensure food safety standards across all kitchen activities
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff in plant-based cooking techniques and eco-friendly practices
  • Collaborate with management to enhance guest dining experiences through seasonal menu rotations
  • Oversee sourcing of sustainable local ingredients and reduce kitchen waste through creative utilization
  • Manage kitchen budget and optimize resource allocation while maintaining quality standards

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 5 years culinary experience with 2+ years in Head Chef or senior leadership role
  • Proven expertise in plant-based and seafood cuisine development
  • Strong understanding of sustainable cooking practices and local Indonesian ingredients
  • Certification in food safety management (HACCP equivalent)
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills in family-oriented environments
