In this role, you will take charge of a high-energy kitchen, ensuring the delivery of exceptional Western gastronomy that delights our guests. You will be responsible for crafting innovative menus, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and manage the culinary team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Design and execute seasonal menus with a focus on Western cuisine and flavor profiles.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and HACCP guidelines.
  • Manage inventory levels, reduce waste, and control food costs effectively.
  • Oversee kitchen operations during service to ensure efficiency and high-quality output.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in Western cuisine.
  • Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
