Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and refine seasonal menus that align with our café’s brand and local trends.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and food cost controls to maximize profitability.
- Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain a cohesive, high-performing team.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP/local standards).
- Collaborate with management to monitor food quality and address customer feedback proactively.
- Coordinate with procurement to source fresh, quality ingredients from local suppliers.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Head Cook, Sous Chef, or senior culinary role within a café or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management systems, including food safety and cost control.
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Creative mindset with the ability to maintain consistent culinary standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Certification in Food Safety or Hospitality Management is highly preferred.
