Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement innovative menus that align with company standards and customer preferences, ensuring high-quality, delicious, and visually appealing dishes.
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation, maintaining consistency and excellence across all shifts.
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control effectively, minimizing waste and optimizing food costs without compromising quality.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment focused on continuous improvement.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (e.g., HACCP, local health regulations).
  • Create and manage efficient kitchen staff schedules to meet operational demands while effectively managing labor costs.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks on all ingredients, prepared dishes, and kitchen equipment to uphold brand standards.
  • Address customer feedback and implement prompt improvements to enhance the overall dining experience and satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a reputable culinary establishment.
  • Formal culinary training or a relevant diploma/degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and manage kitchen staff.
  • In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, international cuisines, and innovative menu development.
  • Excellent understanding of food cost control, inventory management systems, and kitchen budgeting.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and enforce high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
