Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation standards
- Develop innovative menus that align with brand vision and customer preferences while showcasing local ingredients
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistent performance and culinary excellence
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure profitability and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in all kitchen operations
- Collaborate with management to develop business strategies and growth plans for the brand
- Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate new ideas into kitchen operations
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership role in a high-volume establishment
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and contemporary culinary trends
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to inspire and develop staff
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours
- Creative thinking and innovation in menu development and food presentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and local ingredients is highly desirable
- Relevant culinary education or professional certification preferred
