- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food items according to established recipes and standards
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and quality control
- Create and develop innovative pastry items, desserts, and baked goods
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen, dining, and service areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Adhere to food safety regulations and health standards
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation
- Certification in food safety and handling (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques (for Barista position)
