Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily kitchen operations for the MBG program to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality meal preparation.
- Develop and implement innovative, balanced menus that meet specific nutritional requirements and dietary needs.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) in all cooking and storage areas.
- Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure high performance, safety compliance, and professional growth.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and waste reduction to optimize operational costs and minimize food wastage.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, maintained, and in good working order.
- Coordinate closely with program coordinators and nutritionists to align menu offerings with health goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a large-scale catering or healthcare kitchen environment.
- Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or Nutrition.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire a diverse kitchen staff.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and HACCP standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is a strong advantage.
