We are seeking a dedicated and visionary Head Chef to lead the culinary operations for the Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG). In this vital role, you will oversee the preparation of nutritious, high-quality meals that directly contribute to the health and well-being of the community. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety while managing a dynamic team of culinary professionals. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations for the MBG program to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality meal preparation.
  • Develop and implement innovative, balanced menus that meet specific nutritional requirements and dietary needs.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) in all cooking and storage areas.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure high performance, safety compliance, and professional growth.
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and waste reduction to optimize operational costs and minimize food wastage.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, maintained, and in good working order.
  • Coordinate closely with program coordinators and nutritionists to align menu offerings with health goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a large-scale catering or healthcare kitchen environment.
  • Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or Nutrition.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire a diverse kitchen staff.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and HACCP standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a strong advantage.
