- Develop and execute innovative menus featuring local Sarawakian ingredients
- Lead kitchen operations including inventory management, cost control, and staff scheduling
- Mentor and train culinary team members on techniques and food safety standards
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
- Collaborate with suppliers to source sustainable, high-quality ingredients
- Manage kitchen budget and maintain profitability targets
- Implement health and safety regulations in all kitchen operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- Proven expertise in Sarawakian and Asian cuisine
- Culinary degree or professional certification preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP)
- Creative menu development and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
