Brunch Club Bali, a prestigious dining destination in the tropical paradise of Bali, is currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Head Chef (Thai Cuisine) to lead our kitchen team. We are dedicated to providing an unforgettable culinary experience, and we need a passionate leader who can bring the authentic flavors of Thailand to life.
As our Head Chef, you will be the driving force behind our Thai cuisine offerings. You will manage all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu development and ingredient sourcing to plating and presentation. Your deep knowledge of Thai spices, herbs, and cooking techniques will be essential in creating dishes that both honor tradition and excite modern palates.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills who can inspire and mentor a diverse team. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety. Additionally, you will manage budgets, control costs, and work closely with the management team to ensure the restaurant's continued success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and lead the culinary team
- Design and refine authentic Thai menus ensuring quality and consistency
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety according to regulations
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to develop skills and maintain standards
- Collaborate with management to create seasonal specials and events
- Ensure guest satisfaction through excellent food presentation and taste
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in Thai cuisine
- Deep understanding of authentic Thai cooking methods, spices, and ingredients
- Relevant culinary degree or diploma (preferred)
- Proven ability to manage a kitchen team in a high-pressure environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Creativity and passion for culinary innovation
- Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are a plus
