- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in East Malaysia
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performance sales team to exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders in the construction industry
- Identify market opportunities and develop innovative solutions to capture aftermarket business growth
- Collaborate with product development and operations teams to ensure optimal product availability and service delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions
- Establish and enforce sales processes, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive sales experience in the construction, heavy equipment, or industrial sector
- Demonstrated success in leading and growing sales teams in East Malaysia or similar markets
- Strong understanding of aftermarket sales, product support, and customer service excellence
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets with P&L responsibility
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Willingness to travel extensively across East Malaysia regions
