Obic Group Of Companies is seeking an experienced, high-energy Head Cook to oversee our kitchen operations in Dasmarinas City. In this role, you will be the heart of our culinary department, ensuring that every dish served meets our high standards for quality, presentation, and consistency.

As our Head Cook, you will not only be responsible for food preparation but also for streamlining kitchen workflows, managing inventory, and maintaining a high-performance environment. The ideal candidate brings a blend of creative culinary flair and strong leadership skills, dedicated to providing our guests with an unforgettable dining experience while keeping operational costs and efficiency in check.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and supervise the daily kitchen operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop, test, and maintain menu recipes to ensure consistent quality and flavor profiles.
  • Manage food inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee supply requisitions to minimize waste.
  • Ensure all kitchen staff adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
  • Train, mentor, and motivate junior kitchen staff to foster a culture of culinary excellence.
  • Monitor food costs and kitchen efficiency to meet established budgetary targets.
  • Oversee the preparation and plating of dishes during high-volume service periods.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of diverse cooking techniques, menu planning, and food presentation.
  • In-depth understanding of food safety standards and workplace health and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate a team under pressure.
  • Proven ability to manage inventory and control food wastage.
  • Flexible availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
  • Culinary Arts degree or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
