Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement high-standard food preparation processes and plating techniques.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and place orders with suppliers to ensure consistent stock.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP) throughout the kitchen.
  • Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff to maximize team performance.
  • Collaborate with management to refine menus and introduce seasonal or specialty dishes.
  • Perform regular quality control checks on ingredients and prepared meals to maintain excellence.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or head cook capacity.
  • Proven expertise in food safety and kitchen management protocols.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Deep understanding of various culinary techniques, flavors, and food presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant culinary degree or vocational certification is highly preferred.
