MINDS is seeking a visionary Head, Data & AI Development to lead our data and AI initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will drive the execution and delivery of cutting-edge data, analytics, and AI strategies aligned with our organizational goals. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts, fostering innovation while ensuring scalability, security, and ethical deployment of data solutions. This position requires strategic thinking to translate complex data into actionable business insights, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and stay ahead of emerging AI trends. You'll be instrumental in shaping MINDS' data-driven culture and driving measurable impact across the organization.

- Develop and execute data, analytics, and AI strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of data pipelines, AI models, and analytics platforms
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities
- Drive innovation in machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI applications
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or AI with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in data engineering, machine learning, and AI technologies
- Strong track record of building and scaling data platforms and AI solutions
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in team development and mentorship
- Deep understanding of data governance, ethics, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
