Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership for all engineering departments, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Direct the planning and execution of large-scale technical operations and infrastructure development.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Implement rigorous quality control and safety standards across all technical functions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field); Master’s degree or MBA is a significant advantage.
- Active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License is required.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in engineering leadership or management roles.
- Proven track record in managing complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
- Strong command of project management methodologies (PMP/Prince2) and technical software suites.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Deep understanding of local regulatory requirements and industry safety protocols in the Philippines.
