Duta Generasi Mandiri is seeking an experienced Head Finance & Accounting to lead our financial operations and drive strategic financial management. This critical role involves overseeing daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining robust financial administrative systems. You will collaborate with senior leadership to optimize financial processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support company growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), possess strong analytical skills, and excel in managing cross-functional teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end financial transaction processing and record-keeping
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Ensure compliance with PSAK and tax regulations
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
- Develop and implement internal financial controls and procedures
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Expertise in PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification preferred
- Experience in multi-company financial consolidation
