This pivotal role requires strategic financial leadership to drive organizational growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and financial integrity. You'll oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance, while mentoring a high-performing finance team. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all finance and accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements compliant with Indonesian accounting standards
- Develop and implement robust financial controls, risk management frameworks, and internal audit procedures
- Oversee tax compliance, tax planning, and submission of all statutory returns
- Drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Lead the finance team through performance management, coaching, and professional development
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to support executive decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience leading finance teams and implementing process improvements
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial data clearly
