Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounting department, overseeing daily operations and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support long-term business goals.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, financial laws, and internal control policies to mitigate risk.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize the company's financial health.
- Oversee the annual audit process and effectively communicate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian GAAP (PSAK) and comprehensive understanding of tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP software) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
