Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive visual design strategies that align with brand objectives.
- Lead and mentor the creative team to ensure consistency and high-quality output.
- Produce high-performing visual content for social media, website, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual concepts.
- Stay ahead of design trends and implement innovative visual styles to keep the brand relevant.
- Manage the creative production timeline from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Analyze content performance metrics to iterate and improve future design strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Art Director, or Content Creator, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, layout, typography, and motion graphics.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling and social media content optimization.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire a creative team.
