We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Group IT Infrastructure & Operations to lead our organization's technology infrastructure initiatives. This pivotal role involves shaping the IT strategy and roadmap, ensuring the security and resilience of our global infrastructure, and driving operational excellence to achieve zero-downtime performance across all systems and services.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud environments, and data centers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technology investments with business objectives while maintaining robust security protocols and disaster recovery capabilities.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing enterprise-level IT operations, vendor relationships, and teams. You will be instrumental in driving innovation, optimizing costs, and ensuring our infrastructure supports the organization's growth trajectory across multiple regions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute the group's IT infrastructure strategy and multi-year technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of global infrastructure spanning networks, cloud, data centers, and security systems
- Ensure 99.99% uptime and zero-downtime operations through robust monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT operations team while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
- Implement comprehensive disaster recovery, business continuity, and cybersecurity frameworks
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency
- Partner with executive leadership to translate business requirements into technology solutions and infrastructure investments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of progressive IT experience with at least 8 years in senior infrastructure leadership roles
- Proven track record managing enterprise infrastructure across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments
- Deep expertise in network architecture, server administration, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong background in IT governance, security compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2), and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with experience leading large, distributed teams
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation abilities
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, ITIL, PMP, or cloud architecture certifications are highly desirable
