In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall culinary operations, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and safety. You will lead a dynamic kitchen brigade, develop innovative menu items, and foster a positive work environment for your staff.

As the Head of Kitchen, you will play a crucial role in managing food costs, inventory control, and operational efficiency. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our customers, and your leadership will be the cornerstone of our culinary success. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee all daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow during service.
  • Develop and design seasonal menus that align with customer preferences and business goals.
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste to control food costs.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high performance and safety compliance.
  • Enforce strict hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on food preparation and plating.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Culinary degree or diploma is preferred but not strictly required.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is an advantage.
  • Passion for culinary arts and continuous improvement.
