Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and oversee all daily baking operations, ensuring strict adherence to recipes and production schedules.
  • Manage, train, and mentor the kitchen staff to maintain high performance and productivity.
  • Develop innovative and seasonal bakery products to enhance our current menu offerings.
  • Maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) throughout the production area.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order ingredients, and manage food costs to optimize profitability.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure consistent product excellence across all batches.
  • Coordinate with management to forecast demand and adjust production workflows as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven professional experience as a Head Baker, Lead Kitchen Hand, or similar senior baking role.
  • Strong technical expertise in bread, pastry, and cake production techniques.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a culinary team.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and health standards.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design and implement new recipes.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a focus on operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
